Description
Welcome to Fun_land, a program designed for children aged 4.5 to 7 years old, where we dive into the world of social emotional learning and theory of mind. This week, our theme focuses on understanding emotions in various social contexts and grasping the basics of perspective-taking.
Through engaging activities, children will learn to:
-
Infer social situations by asking questions like, "What's going on? What happened?"
-
Reflect on emotions with prompts like, "How do we feel? How do others feel?"
-
Reflect on behaviours with questions like, "What was good/not good? What should we do next?"
-
Develop problem-solving skills while managing their emotions.

Learning Environment
Friend Funland provides a cheerful, calm, and fun learning environment. We understand that these topics can be challenging, so our approach is to create a safe space where children can explore emotions and social dynamics in a supportive and engaging way.
5
Parental Involvement
Parents will be kept informed about their child's progress, with suggestions on how to support continuous learning goals at home after the program ends. We believe in a partnership between school and home to ensure the best outcomes for your child.
